Our website and hosting provider may also record limited technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, for security and reliable operation.
Photographs submitted through the enquiry form are attached to the email sent to Eden Memorials. The theme does not add them to the WordPress Media Library.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to answer your questions, prepare or discuss a quotation, arrange a consultation and provide the services you ask us about. Depending on the circumstances, this may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to fulfil a contract, or for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
Who receives it and how long it is kept
Information may be handled by service providers that support our website, hosting and email. We do not sell personal information. Ordinary enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion after 24 months, unless the information is needed for an ongoing service, accounting, legal or warranty purpose.
